Mickey’s Toontown

Toontown is Disneyland's newest land and it is virtually a land where cartoons come to life. This land is made for children to interact with their favorite characters and their neighborhood.
If you are a parent looking for a break, consider taking the kids to Goofy Playhouse. You can sit and allow them to play in the garden and attached house while still keeping an eye on them the entire time.

Attractions Suitable for Babies and Toddlers
All of the attractions in Toontown are suitable for babies and toddlers with the exception of Gadget's Go Coaster, which has a height requirement. Also, Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin may be a little loud for some toddlers or babies. The picture above was taken at Donald Duck’s boat. The picture below was taken in one of the stationary cars in Toontown.
Food
Food is limited in this land to mostly sandwiches, pizza and hot dogs, so if those aren't your favorites, you might want to plan your meals accordingly. Because of the smaller variety, food lines can be shorter than in other parts of the park; however, seating is limited and you may have to consider sitting on the ground in the gazeebo.
If you are looking for a healthier snack/dessert option in this part of the park, guests can purchase yummy frozen yogurt.
Services
Restrooms are located at the "gas station" near Minnie Mouse's house. The women's restroom is pretty small considering the amount of children and parents who visit Toontown and in all honesty, it’s probably my least favorite restroom in the park.
