Dear Babes in Disneyland,

My family and I recently enjoyed a trip to the Disneyland Resort.  My son is on a strict glutten-free, cassein-free diet.  I did some investigating before our trip and got a lot of information.

We stayed at the Disneyland Grand Californian and were told ahead of time to contact Chef Rolph (sp?) at (714) 300-7103 and that he could help us with our little guy:)  He was GREAT! He told us when we come on Sunday to just ask for the chef and let them know what we need (GFCF) and they will make it happen...WOW! That is awesome.

Also...inside the park...we were told to contact Chef Chris who is in charge of all the park. (714) 781-3569.  I was told that he is very busy and doesn't return calls super quick, but he will within a day or two so hang in there:)

And finally, if you anyone plans on dining at Ariel's Grotto, you can get help with GFCF meals by contacting Chef Jay at  (714) 781-3142.
