Babes in Disneyland: Dining Tips

comes to families with babies and toddlers.

We've never had problems bringing into the park baby bottles, formula, juice boxes, sippy cups, bottles of water, snacks, and sandwiches. We typically keep them inside an insulated bag inside the stroller or in a backpack or large diaper bag.

**Glass containers are not allowed.**

Lunches from home can be eaten on the go, on benches or in any of the take-away restaurants. A great spot to eat lunch is the Hungry Bear Restaurant in Critter Country. It is typically less crowded than the other restaurants (whether you are buying something or just looking for a place to sit) and it is in a beautiful setting. (Kids can feed the ducks leftover bits from their lunches.) The River Belle Terrace in New Orleans Square also has a very nice outdoor eating area along the Rivers of America.

Get the Most for Your Money

If you are looking to get the most for your money, consider eating at restaurants with the larger portions so that the children can split a meal. The best bang for your buck at Disneyland is the Pizza Port in Tomorrowland. There, families can order pizzas and large pasta dishes,
which can very easily be split. Other large dishes are available at the French Market in New Orleans Square.

Most of the restaurants have toddler and kids meals, which can be a good value. Some of the kids meals are great for an adult lunch (if you're not a big eater!).  The different children's meals offer healthy options like milk, juice, apples, etc.  Find out more about healthy snacks at Disneyland by checking out the Healthy Snacks page.
