While home on maternity leave with my second child in 2007, I got the crazy idea to start a website.  I had left the field of public relations years ago to become a teacher and missed having an  outlet for which to write.  After a week of trying to figure out what I could write about, it hit me.  I knew a lot about babies and a lot about Disneyland, so why not put them together?  Babes in Disneyland was born and I feverishly typed away--even while nursing.  (I am a serious multi-tasker!)  In 2010, after having my third baby, I decided to take Babes In Disneyland to the next level and made the content from the website as well as information on Disney’s California Adventure and much more information into a book.

I’m an avid lover of all things Disney and Walt Disney’s original dreams and aspirations for Disneyland.  I was a tour guide at Disneyland for five years during and after college and I’m now an annual passholder and mother of three.  I love being able to share the happiness, wonder, and imagination of Disneyland with my children.
